Amidst the rapid advancement of digital technology, proficiency in Logical Thinking Skills and Digital Literacy stands pivotal for adapting to societal shifts, with Self-Learning Capability being fundamental knowledge updating skill acquisition ensure success; however, despite their paramount significance accounting students' success, research probing intricate interplay among these three facets remains notably limited. Thus, this study examined Skills, Literacy, shaping effectiveness internships Generation Z students Thailand. Using a quantitative design online surveys, engaged 559 respondents (90.7 % females 9.3 males). Analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), found that significantly influence internship performance. When complemented by Capability, it's observed high competency areas can better apply skills real-world professional settings demonstrate continuous learning. Abstract The rapid expansion of digital connectivity has provided youth with wide-ranging access to platforms for communication, entertainment, and education. In light this profound shift, there have been growing concerns about online safety, data privacy, cybersecurity. A critical factor influencing the ability responsibly navigate is literacy. While literacy programs implemented in various regions worldwide, significant disparities remain not only overall levels, but also assessment initiatives. Abstract The study aimed to develop a Likert-type measurement tool (Digital Literacy Scale, DLS) determine the digital literacy levels of secondary school students. validity and reliability developed were verified using Rasch model. The study took a Rasch measurement theory approach to validating the 10-item Digital Literacy Scale (DLS) using unidimensional rating scale model (RSM). To that end, used data from sample of online Turkish university students. began analysis with all 10 items in and, improve local independence assumption, identified and eliminated two which did not adequately fit RSM. Under eight-item DLS, assumptions undimensionality were both satisfied individual RSM was adequate. Next, psychometric properties DLS examined including effectiveness, relative endorsability items, differential item functioning (DIF) by each three demographic variables: (a) gender, (b) connection device, (c) grade level.
