Abstract—
This

presents

design

development

an
integrated
library
management
system
based
on
needs
assessment
conducted
in
response
to
technology,
infrastructure,
existing
condition,
facilities,
technology
readiness
human
resources,
automation
sufficiency
level,
support
technical
staff
among
ninety-eight

respondents
using
descriptive
developmental
method.

pandemic
