Distanced learning, for most people, is synonymous with internet-based education and high technology. High technology-based learning in distanced contrasts the distributed experienced by children disadvantaged areas. This topic complex requires attention so that no child left behind; yet it rarely discussed literary works, especially facts of without internet from students' point view who directly experience phenomenon. study aims to explore students’ experiences areas Indonesia regarding implementation during COVID-19 pandemic. In process in-depth individual interviews seven participants, I used Interpretative Phenomenological Approach. The results this indicate although students remote have a passion support adequate facilities pandemic felt be severe students. condition causes psychological problems junior school areas; namely, feel inferior suffer loss. future, necessary develop an effective distance-learning model internet-oriented well-being.

Manajemen pendidikan karakter sebagai penanaman nilai-nilai karakter, nilai akhlak, moral dan perilaku yang baik terhadap peserta didik. Penelitian ini berupaya mengeskplorasi peran manajemen dalam mengembangkan didik di lembaga formal. menggunakan metode kajian literatur untuk menghasilkan esensi siswa Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari berbagai proses melalui diri siswa, mampu menciptakan kondisi kontributif pengembangan Sehingga perserta dapat mempersiapkan dirinya penguasaan kompetensi diinetrnalisasi menajdi mereka.Management of character education as planting values, morals and good behavior towards students. In developing the students, there are many materials for consideration to develop student through learning that is instilled in As a form effort cultivate personality, morals, knowledge, it takes role management education. This study examines results observations from various data sources have been collected. From developments inculcating able create conditions contribute development. So students can prepare themselves mastery competence management.

Kepemimpinan merupakan aspek pokok yang harus dikembangkan sebagai karakter wajib mahasiswa kependidikan. Untuk itu diperlukan berbagai strategi agar dapat mengembangkan kepemimpinan para mahasiswa. Dalam konteks ini, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, diyakini salah satu efektif dalam mengembangkam kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi keterampilan dimaknai mampu berkembang berdasarkan pengalaman mengikuti proyek. Metode penelitian digunakan adalah metode fenomenologi. Jumlah partisipan sebanyak 24 Hasil menunjukan bahwa dirasakan oleh hasil keikutsertaan mereka proyek merencanakan, berkomunikasi efektif, mengatur waktu, literasi, networking, mengambil keputusan, dan melakukan refleksi.

The consensus on professional teachers is known to be mostly determined by external parties, especially the government. This prompts professionalism considered as an indicator for need of a great performance in educational sector. However, this method assessment disadvantage, because it negates scope professionalism. study aims use students’ perspectives conceptualizing characteristics teachers. Fifteen students were selected subjects from secondary schools Yogyakarta city, Indonesia. Two interviews conducted via electronic media (email and zoom), order share their experiences about schools. Also, interpretive phenomenological analysis was used analyze data, understand participants’ point view. results showed that interpersonal relationships, pleasant personalities, teaching skills, represented main teachers, according perspectives. These recommended importance emphasizing teacher-student achieve sustainable programs.

AbstractThis study aims to describe the character education management at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Kindergarten in Padangsidimpuan. The research approach uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. findings indicate that involves careful planning through curriculum based on Islamic values, implementation integrated into daily learning activities, periodic evaluation observation of children’s behavior. Supporting factors include involvement teachers, parents, school environment, while main challenge lies consistency program implementation. In conclusion, this kindergarten is effective shaping moral values personalities from an early age. Keywords: Management; Character Eduation; ABA Kindergarten.

The meaning in work is predicted to increase a person's commitment and quality. Teachers with high are the main predictors of quality learning school organization, while those low increases cases teacher turnover. Balancing transcendental and worldly values through prophetic counseling is crucial for preventing mental disorders addressing global socio-cultural challenges. Prophetic focuses on spiritual afterlife concerns, unlike traditional which centers matters. The purpose of this study to explore internalization experienced by counselors at school. This a qualitative research that used Descriptive Phenomenological Psychology. Data were obtained interviewing 3 guidance teachers from Islamic schools. analysis was carried out arranging the description categorization based founding theme intrigued internalized result showed in school drawn into two aspects: professional competency, applied approach, strategy, technique, or method counseling, personality tends reflect their character. Internalization gradually occurred relationship counselor-counselee have been turned adding new knowledge improving counselor attitude behavior.

Guru merupakan pelaku utama dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, akan tetapi pelaksanaan tugasnya pembelajaran tentu memiliki kendala dan masalah. Salah satu masalah yang timbul dari faktor guru adalah sikap berpemikiran tertutup atau close minded. Hal ini membuat proses menjadi tidak maksimal. Penelitian digali fenomena tersebut sudut pandang siswa sebagai orang merasakan langsung berinteraksi dengan Metode digunakan penelitian metode kualitatif fenomenologi teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara. Partisipan dipilih purposive sampling, sehingga pemilihan responden harus memenuhi kriteria sudah ditentukan sebelumnya. Hasil ditemukan bahwa pertama minded interaksi searah,pasif karena hanya fokus untuk menyelesaikan tugas, kurang menguasai kelas, peduli pada pintar. Kedua, belajar suasana membosankan, kaku, monoton, tegang akibat interaktif. Ketiga feedback timbal balik cenderung arah jika dua antara pintar saja. mengakibatkan lain merasa tersisihkan, memilih diam, malas takut salah berimbas kepada nilai jelek. ideal didambakan oleh mampu membangun baik siswa, cerdas secara psikologis emosional.
