Рассмотрены возможности применения систем виртуальной реальности (ВР) в области экспериментальной психологии. Обсуждаются их отличительные особенности и преимущества перед традиционными методами, а также проблемы, возникающие при использовании. Освещены перспективные направления применения этих новых технологий для решения задач психотерапии и психологической реабилитации, организационной психологии, спортивной психологии и психологии безопасности, психофизиологии и нейронаук.

В статье анализируется феномен «профессиональных деформаций», представляющий собой деструктивные изменения личности, возникающие после многолетнего выполнения одной и той же профессиональной деятельности. Это состояние не только негативно влияет на продуктивность этой деятельности, но и порождает у человека нежелательные качества, изменяющие его профессиональное поведение. Профессиональные деформации могут привести к изменению психической структуры и качеств личности (поведения, способов общения, стереотипов восприятия, характера, ценностных ориентаций и др.), они же являются одной из причин, препятствующей профессиональному развитию человека. This study aims to investigate the impact of social distancing policies on SMEs in Indonesia. It used a quantitative method with a survey design. Respondents were all SMEs in Indonesia that are affected by social distancing policies during the COVID-19 pandemic. It involved a total of 587 SME samples selected randomly. The data were collected through observations, questionnaires, and literature studies. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics with SPSS software to determine the mean value. This small-scale study aimed to explore the different factors that help or hinder the achievement of competitive advantage through the possession and development of intellectual capital and the delivery of effective knowledge management in a sample of Jordanian universities. Even though psychological capital has been identified as an important issue in the workplace, little research has focused on it through organizational support. Drawing on leadership theory and conservation of resources theory, this article examines the mediating role of organizational support in the relationship between leadership behavior and psychological capital in insurance companies in Jordan.
