Purpose The COVID-19 pandemic had amplified feelings of isolation and alienation, particularly among school-aged children. pandemic-related social distancing policies led to a marked decline in students’ physical well-being, potentially fostering sense apathy them. Upon returning the “normal” late 2022, Chinese martial arts Outreach Program was launched over 50 schools Hong Kong, involving entire student body teachers at each school. This paper aims explore potential role sports enhancing well-being post-COVID times as societal response evolving sociopolitical landscape using program case study. Design/methodology/approach Using ethnographic immersion, participant observation semi-structured interviews, study examines how sought overcome challenges students were facing during through instruction teaching traditional values. Abstract Objective To identify the distinct profiles of work alienation among Chinese nurses, examine demographic factors associated with profile memberships, and then explore relationship between latent categories job embeddedness. Methods A cross-sectional survey 523 nurses was conducted from July to August 2023. Latent analysis (LPA) performed based on three aspects: powerlessness, helplessness, meaningfulness. multinomial logistic regression predictors membership. In the present research, we aimed to study relationship between work alienation and engagement mediating role of perceived social support. The current used data from 178 participants (48 men 130 women) aged 21 53 years (M=30.88, SD=9.00). Participants were invited complete following instruments: Work Alienation Scale (Nair & Vohra, 2009), Multidimensional Perceived Social Support (Zimet et al., 1988), Utrecht Engagement (Schaufeli Bakker, 2003). Findings indicate that correlate significantly negatively (r=-.755, p<.01). Similarly, also correlated with support (r=-.744, Also, has proven be an important mediator (z=-10.17, p<.01).
