benefits
of
lifestyle
changes
nutraceuticals
on
brain
plasticity
MS
population.
Lifestyle
modifications,
including
physical
activity
dietary
adjustments,
can
enhance
upregulating
neurotrophic
factors,
promoting
synaptogenesis,
reducing
oxidative
stress.

as
vitamin
D,
omega-3
fatty
acids,
antioxidants
like
