Cancer occurrence and development are closely related to increased lipid production glucose consumption. Lipids the basic component of cell membrane play a significant role in cancer processes such as cell-to-cell recognition, signal transduction, energy supply, which vital for rapid proliferation, invasion, metastasis. Sterol regulatory element-binding transcription factor 1 (SREBP1) is key regulating expression genes cholesterol biosynthesis, homeostasis, fatty acid synthesis. In addition, SREBP1 its upstream or downstream target implicated various metabolic diseases, particularly cancer. However, no review biology has yet been published. Herein, we summarized roles mechanisms biological cells, including modification, metabolism reprogramming, mitochondrial metabolism, immunity, tumor microenvironment, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, cycle, apoptosis, ferroptosis. Additionally, discussed potential prognosis, drug response sensitivity chemotherapy radiotherapy, drugs targeting corresponding pathway, elucidating clinical application based on pathway.

This study aimed to investigate the structure characterization and antiinflammatory activity of a novel polysaccharide, PKP2-1, from rhizomes Polygonatum kingianum Coll. Hemsl. We isolated Hemsl. for first time, which was then successively purified through hot-water extraction, 80% alcohol precipitation, anion exchange gel permeation chromatography. The in vitro anti-inflammatory PKP2-1 MH7A cells assessed using CCK-8 kit assay.Monosaccharide composition assay revealed that mainly composed glucose, galactose, mannose, glucuronic acid at an approximate molar ratio 6:2:2:1. It had molecular weight approximately 17.34 kDa. Structural investigation backbone consisted (→2, 3)-α-D-Galp(4→, →2)-α-D-Manp(3→, →2)-β-D-Glcp(4→) α-D-Glcp(3→) residues with side chains (→2)-β-D-Glcp(4→, →1)-α-D-Galp(4→) branches located O-3 position 3)-α-D-Galp(4→). could reduce expression IL-11β IL-6, increase IL-10 induce apoptosis synovial fibroblasts. The inhibit cell growth potentially be exploited as agent.

Astragalus membranaceus ( A. ) is a homologous plant with high medicinal and edible value. Therefore, the extraction methods of polysaccharide (APS) have attracted attention many research groups, but yield active components still not high. The aim this study was to extract APS by semi-bionic method, optimize process, evaluate anti-aging activities in vivo . results showed that 18.23% when extracted method. Anti-aging evaluation rats method significantly decreased malondialdehyde (MDA) content increased superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity cope D-galactose-induced aging. Serum metabolomic analysis indicated total 48 potential biomarkers significant differences, mainly involving 5 metabolic pathways. These altered pathways were related energy metabolism, amino acid lipid metabolism. can effectively improve APS, exhibited rats. Our provided novel effective be used as functional food natural medicine delay aging prevent its complications.
