Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) is the most common rheumatic disease in young people. Although biologics now enable children and adolescents with JIA to enjoy clinical remission, patients present lower physical activity spend more time sedentary behavior than their healthy counterparts. This impairment probably results from a deconditioning spiral initiated by joint pain, sustained apprehension on part of both child child's parents, entrenched lowered capacities. turn may exacerbate lead unfavorable health outcomes including increased risks metabolic mental comorbidities. Over past few decades, there has been growing interest benefits overall as well exercise interventions people JIA. However, we are still far evidence-based / or prescription for this population. Difficulties in emotion regulation (DER) and reactivity (ER) are important causes consequences of psychiatric disorders such as depression anxiety, previous research suggests that there many interactions between them. Understanding the structure their relationship, which components may play a key role, will help provide insight into adolescents guidance for clinical interventions. In this study, we collected data from 483 used network analysis methods to explore relationship DER ER, specifically looking core nodes. The results showed "limited access strategies" was most central node network. Furthermore, by adding nodes anxiety network, found had strongest with while stronger DER. Thus, our findings suggest disorders, strong association ER highlights potentially promising area intervention development, whereas depression, points possibility clarifying emotions exploring coping strategies, acknowledging complex interplay depressive anxious symptoms.

Abstract Shift work, involving night leads to impaired sleep, cognition, health and wellbeing, an increased risk of occupational incidents. Current countermeasures include circadian adaptation phase shift biomarkers. However, evidence real-world is found primarily in occupations where light exposure readily controlled. Despite this, non-photic work remains under researched. Other markers exist (e.g., improvements cognition wellbeing outcomes) but are relatively unexplored. Timeframes for involve changes which occur over a block shifts, or working career. We propose additional timeframe exists encompasses acute within adaptation. also that physical activity might be accessible cost-effective countermeasure could influence multiple across three timeframes (Within Shift, Within Block, Work-span). Finally, practical considerations workers, industries future research identified.
