Abstract Current therapeutic protocols for diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs), a severe and rapidly growing chronic complication in patients, remain nonspecific. Hyperglycemia‐caused inflammation excessive reactive oxygen species (ROS) are common obstacles encountered DFU wound healing, often leading to impaired recovery. These two effects reinforce each other, forming an endless loop. However, adequate inclusive methods still lacking target these aspects break the vicious cycle. This study proposes novel approach treating wounds, utilizing immunomodulatory hydrogel achieve self‐cascade glucose depletion ROS scavenging regulate microenvironment. Specifically, AuPt@melanin‐incorporated (GHM3) dressing is developed facilitate efficient hyperthermia‐enhanced local scavenging. Mechanistically, vitro/vivo experiments RNA sequencing analysis demonstrate that GHM3 disrupts ROS‐inflammation cascade cycle downregulates ratio of M1/M2 macrophages, consequently improving outcomes dorsal skin wounds rats. In conclusion, this proposed offers facile, safe, highly treatment modality DFUs.

Abstract High mechanical strength, excellent toughness, low hysteresis, and robust resilience are of great importance for stretchable conductive hydrogels (CHs) to heighten their reliabilities self‐powered sensing applications. However, it still remains challenging simultaneously obtain the mutually exclusive performances. Herein, an intrinsically adhesive hydrogel is fabricated by one‐step radical polymerization acrylamide (AAm), three hydroxy groups together clustered‐N‐[tris(hydroxymethyl)methyl]acrylamide (THMA), cationic 1‐Butyl‐3‐Vinylimidazolium Bromide (ILs) dissolved in core‐shell structurally dispersed PEDOT:PSS (PP) solution. Owing abundant clustered hydrogen bonds, electrostatic interactions between PILs chains anionic PSS shells, polymer chain entanglements, CHs feature superior properties with a high tensile strength (0.25 MPa), fracture strain (1015%), toughness (1.22 MJ m ‐3 ), energy 36.5 kJ ‐2 extremely hysteresis (5%), display fatigue resistance. As result, indicate gauge factor up 10.46, broad range (1‐900%) pressure (0.05‐100 kPa), fast responsive rate, thus qualifying monitoring reliably accurately large tiny human movements daily life. Moreover, hydrogel‐assembled triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) exhibit stable electrical output performances, which greatly promising flexible wearable electronics.

Abstract Burns can cause severe damage to the skin due bacterial infection and inflammation. Although conductive hydrogels as electroactive burn‐wound dressings achieve remarkable effects on accelerating wound healing, issues such imbalance between their high conductivity mechanical properties, easy dehydration, low transparency must be addressed. Herein, a double‐network eutectogel is fabricated by integrating polymerizable deep eutectic solvents (PDESs)including acrylamide/choline chloride/glycerol (acrylamide‐polymerization crosslink) thiolated hyaluronic acid (disulfide‐bonding crosslink). The introduction of PDESs provides with (up 0.25 S·m −1 ) strength (tensile strain 59–77%) simulating those natural human skin, well satisfactory tissue adhesiveness, self‐healing ability, antibacterial properties. When combined exogenous electrical stimulation, exhibits ability reduce inflammation, stimulate cell proliferation migration, promote collagen deposition angiogenesis, facilitate remodeling. This shows great potential dressing for healing major burn wounds.

Despite the rapid development of tissue adhesives, flaws including allergies, poor stability, and indiscriminate double-sided adhesive properties limit their application in medical field. In this work, Janus polyurethane patches were spontaneously prepared by adjusting difference functional group distribution between top bottom sides patch during emulsion drying. Consequently, adhesion was exhibited on surface, while surface can easily adhere to metals, polymers, glasses, tissues. The strength pork skin two surfaces is more than 5 times. quaternary ammonium salt hydrophilic components enable removal absorption water from achieve wet adhesion. Animal experiments have demonstrated that multifunctional promote wound closure healing infected wounds. This facile effective strategy construct provides a promising method for tissue-adhesives.

Abstract Diabetic wounds tend to develop into nonhealing associated with the complex inflammatory microenvironment of uncontrollable bacterial infection, reactive oxygen species (ROS) accumulation, and chronic hypoxia. Damaged blood vessels hinder metabolic circulation, aggravating hypoxia, ROS accumulation further exacerbating diabetic wound microenvironment. However, existing treatments a single functionality have difficulty healing complicated wounds. Therefore, developing an integrative strategy improve hostility is urgently needed. Herein, multifunctional genipin (GP)‐crosslinked chitosan (CS)‐based hydrogels decorated biomimetic metal–organic framework (MOF)‐nanozymes natural antibacterial agent chlorogenic acid (CGA), which named MOF/CGA@GP‐CS (MCGC), are prepared. With catalase (CAT)‐like activity, these dual‐metal MOF‐nanozymes promising bioreactors for simultaneously alleviating hypoxia by converting elevated endogenous H 2 O dissolved in In addition, other component polyphenolic CGA acts as mild agent, efficiently inhibiting infection avoiding antibiotic resistance. Impressively, MCGC accelerate infected eliminating oxidative stress, increasing oxygenation, reversing vivo. this work, effective based on hydrogel dressings successfully developed applied management.
