This study investigated the relationships between human resource (HR) practices, employee psychological empowerment, innovative work behavior, and firm innovation capability in context of Information Communication Technology (ICT) sector Jordan. Employee innovative behavior is crucial for organizations to engage in activities and gain competitive advantages the context of digital transformation. Despite many studies having focused on relationship between leadership employee behavior, role underlying mechanisms remain unclear. Using cognitive–affective processing system framework, study investigated dual mediating psychological empowerment affective commitment moderating a proactive personality such relationships. Purpose Elucidating self-determination and psychological empowerment theories, the current study aims to examine link between proactive behavior. This study explores the effectiveness of digital mediation in resolving civil disputes within Indonesia’s judiciary system, particularly era rapid technological advancement. The growing backlog cases and high costs litigation have emphasized need for more efficient accessible dispute resolution methods. Digital emerges as a promising alternative, leveraging technology to bridge geographical barriers reduce procedural delays. aims analyze factors influencing success identify challenges that hinder its implementation. Using qualitative approach, this research collected primary data through in-depth interviews with mediators, disputing parties, judicial policymakers. The importance of Digital Self-Efficacy is likely to grow as digital technology becomes increasingly widespread.
