One of the promising strategies for destroying cancer cells is using small-molecule gene-silencing such as DNAzyme. In current study, we used niosomes carriers to promote drug residence and stability in human breast MCF-7 explore possible molecular mechanisms. Preparing was performed thin-layer hydration method. This study aimed to contribute revealing the health effects of Parthenocissus quinquefolia L. (PQ) plant by examining biological activities various extracts plant. An ethnobotanical important medicinal plant, PQ belongs Vine family (Vitaceae) and is known for its uses. Herein, fruit leaf alcoholic exhibited anticancer activity on triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) cell lines, estrogen receptor positive (ER+) (MCF-7), human colon adenocarcinoma (HT-29) lines. Furthermore, methanol displayed strong radical scavenging with low IC50 values such as 0.51 mg/mL, 0.80 0.84 1.45 mg/mL. The highest TEAC (18.72 mM Trolox/mg, 9.90 8.41 Trolox/mg) were calculated red leaves. antifungal was determined against Candida albicans fungal pathogen. apoptosis extract obtained between 20 µg/mL 70 48 h 72 treatments Hoechst 33258 staining nuclei under a fluorescence microscopy. Abstract The development of drug delivery systems has aimed to improve bioavailability and reduce limitations traditional dosing schedules. Vesicular like niosomes have gained importance for their stability, cost‐effectiveness, controlled release capabilities. Niosomes can encapsulate both hydrophobic hydrophilic drugs, making them versatile carriers various therapeutic agents. Recent research focuses on enhancing targeted delivery, such as incorporating 4‐hydroxyisoleucine (4‐HIL) diabetes treatment. In this study, 4‐HIL from fenugreek seeds was encapsulated in PEGylated using a thin‐film hydration method. 4‐HIL‐loaded showed semi‐spherical, smooth structures with size 200 nm, zeta potential ‐22 mV, entrapment efficiency ranging 55.1% 87.1%. FTIR spectroscopy confirmed hydrogen bonding between span 60 cholesterol the niosomal formulation. PEGylation increased vesicle 460–580 nm enhanced encapsulation 75.43–90.1%. significantly suppressed vitro 4‐HIL, formulation promising system sustained anti‐diabetic drugs.

Breast cancer is one type of that causes the most deaths in women. Currently, doxorubicin chemotherapy treatment widely used, but due to untargeted side effects, a hydrogel-thermosensitive preparation has been developed by comparing activity active substance curcumin with doxorubicin. This systematic review aims determine development research on anticancer modified breast and examine its looking at IC50 value. The method used searching for articles was using Scopus database literature analyzed, namely cytotoxic key keywords (“Doxorubicin” OR “Curcumin” AND “Breast” “Cancer” “Therapy” “ Cytotoxicity”). inclusion criteria were journals containing or anti-breast tests from publication years 2020-2024, full-text journals. exclusion did not test cytotoxicity MCF-7 cells, no value, regarding articles, paid analysis results show an value comparable mechanism inducing apoptosis cells activating caspase 3 9. So thermosensitive hydrogel provides opportunity provided be more targeted.
