Pilots' operation behavior in flight is associated with their mental state variables such as workload, situation awareness, stress, etc. The objective of this study was to investigate the dynamic process workload for pilots who perform a risky task simulated scenarios. Two empirical experiments were conducted address issue. Heart Rate Variability Biofeedback (HRVB) has been widely used to improve cardiovascular health and well-being. HRVB is based on breathing at an individual's resonance frequency, which stimulates respiratory sinus arrhythmia (RSA) the baroreflex. There is, however, no methodological consensus how apply HRVB, while details about protocol are often not well reported. Thus, objectives of this systematic review describe different protocols detect concerns. PsycINFO, CINALH, Medline Web Science were searched between 2000 April 2021. This study investigated the benefits of using a virtual nature environment to administer immersive heart rate variability biofeedback (HRV-BF) based on slow-paced breathing. We compared reality (VR)-based HRV-BF with standard implementation in randomized controlled experiment 60 healthy employees. After cognitive stress induction, participants performed single-session before repeating stressor task. VR-based versus was comparable terms performance (cardiac coherence and cardiac vagal tone). Stressful life events are an important cause of psychopathology. Humans exposed to aversive or stressful experiences show considerable inter-individual heterogeneity in their responses.
