Abstract Recent studies show that the dysregulation of transcription factor SOX10 is essential for development and progression melanoma. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) can regulate expression factors at post-transcriptional level. The interactions between its targeting miRNAs form network motifs such as feedforward feedback loops. Such result in non-linear dynamics gene levels, therefore playing a crucial role regulating tumor proliferation metastasis well tumor’s responses to therapies. Here, we reviewed discussed intricate interplay melanoma biology including melanogenesis, phenotype switch, therapy resistance. Additionally, investigated regulatory melanoma, identifying involve both miRNAs. We also analyzed levels components within these motifs. From control theory perspective, explained how are linked phenotypic plasticity cells. In summary, underscored importance employing data-driven approach elucidate complex mechanisms identify driver network. This methodology facilitates deeper understanding regulation by insight gained could potentially contribute miRNA-based treatments SOX10, thereby enhancing clinical management this malignancy.

Abstract Epithelial tissue homeostasis is closely associated with the self-renewal and differentiation behaviors of epithelial stem cells (ESCs). p63, a well-known marker ESCs, an indispensable factor for their biological activities during development. The diversity p63 isoforms expressed in distinct tissues allows this transcription to have wide array effects. coordinates genes involved cell survival, self-renewal, migration, differentiation, epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition. Through regulation these processes, contributes to, not only normal development, but also epithelium-derived cancer pathogenesis. In review, we provide overview role stemness regulation, including proliferation, senescence. We describe differential expression TAp63 ΔNp63 functional tumors. Furthermore, summarize signaling cascades modulating as well downstream pathways regulation.

Abstract Carcinoma of the lung is among most common types cancer globally. Concerning its histology, it categorized as a non-small cell carcinoma (NSCLC) and small (SCLC) subtype. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are member non-coding RNA whose nucleotides range from 19 to 25. They known be critical regulators via epigenetic control oncogenes expression by regulating tumor suppressor genes. miRNAs have an essential function in tumorous microenvironment modulating growth, metastasis, angiogenesis, metabolism, apoptosis. Moreover, wide information produced several investigations indicates their tumor-suppressing, oncogenic, diagnostic assessment, predictive marker functions different malignancy. miRNA mimics or anti-miRNAs can transferred into cell, with possible curative implications. As result, hold promise targets for treatment detection. In this study, we investigate various malignancy, which been achieved recent years that show cancer-associated regulation expression, concerning beginning, development, resistance chemotherapy, also probability utilize biomarkers therapy reaction. Diseases are evolving as living standards continue to improve. Cancer is the main cause of death and a major public health problem that seriously threatens human life. Colorectal cancer one top ten most common malignant tumors in China, ranking second after gastric among gastrointestinal tumors, its incidence rate increasing dramatically each year due changes dietary habits lifestyle world’s population. Although conventional therapies, such surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, have profoundly impacted treatment colorectal (CRC), drug resistance toxicity remain substantial challenges. Natural products, therapeutic agents, considered safest alternative for treating CRC. In addition, there evidence natural products can induce apoptosis, inhibit cell cycle arrest, reduce invasion migration colon cells by targeting regulating expression function miRNAs. Here, we summarize recent research findings on miRNA-regulation-based antitumor mechanisms various active ingredients highlighting how target miRNA regulation prevention treatment. Abstract Hematopoiesis is a complex process in which hematopoietic stem cells are differentiated into all mature blood (red cells, white and platelets). Different microRNAs (miRNAs) involve several steps of this process. Indeed, miRNAs small single-stranded non-coding RNA molecules, control gene expression by translational inhibition mRNA destabilization. Previous studies have revealed that increased or decreased some these targeting proto-oncogenes could inhibit stimulate the myeloid erythroid lineage commitment, proliferation, differentiation. During last decades, development molecular bioinformatics techniques has led to comprehensive understanding role various hematopoiesis. The critical roles cell processes such as cycle, apoptosis, differentiation been confirmed well. However, main contribution still unclear. Therefore, it seems undeniable future required focus on miRNA activities during stages hematological malignancy.
