A good quality egg is essential for a successful pregnancy and early embryo development. Oocyte development vulnerable to environmental exposures. Bisphenol S (BPS) widely used as replacement its analog bisphenol A, but the reproductive toxicity of BPS has been great concern. In this study, we showed that exposure induces dysbiosis gut microbiota, which further leads intestinal permeability inflammation, ultimately impairs oocyte quality. More importantly, found alginate oligosaccharide reshapes microbiota improve homeostasis, thereby preventing deleterious effects on oocytes. Overall, study not only demonstrates intestine oocytes by inducing also develops preventive strategy.

Alginate Oligosaccharides (AOs) are bioactive compounds prepared through the enzymatic degradation of alginate polysaccharides by lyase. These have become a focus growing interest in scientific community, largely because their array attributes, which include immunomodulatory, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and prebiotic effects. This review critically examines current literature on (AOs), encompassing vitro studies, animal models preliminary human clinical trials. It also addresses safety profiles AOs, focusing toxicological assessments, to provide comprehensive view risk-to-benefit ratio. Additionally, assesses existing information regarding impact health. aims identify research gaps outline potential future directions for therapeutic application.

BACKGROUND: A microbial imbalance in the vaginal biotope leads to development of infections and is associated with urinary tract infections. The ineffectiveness therapy frequent recurrence these are important reasons for searching alternative treatment strategies. progressive solution this issue has been use oral probiotics a targeted effect on intestinal microflora. AIM: aim study was evaluate antagonistic antibacterial activity probiotic strains Lactobacillus rhamnosus HN001 acidophilus La-14, which components probiotic, against opportunistic microorganisms origin, while assessing sensitivity antimicrobial drugs. MATERIALS AND METHODS: La-14 included Duogynal® were cultivated grown colonies identified using matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry method (Bruker Daltonics GmbH Co., Germany). To antagonism lactobacilli pathogenic microorganisms, following 11 clinical isolates collected: Escherichia coli (two isolates), Klebsiella pneumoniae, oxytoca, Enterobacter asburiae, Proteus mirabilis, Citrobacter freundii, Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis, Streptococcus agalactiae, Candida albicans. assess drugs, Gram Positive AST panel (Autobio Diagnostics Ltd, China) used. RESULTS: When co-cultivated (Lactobacillus La-14), we noted decrease pH death such as coli, well yeast-like fungi studying antibiotic resistance, it found that both resistant ampicillin, vancomycin, daptomycin, clindamycin, linezolid, moxifloxacin, nitrofurantoin, oxacillin, oritavancin, penicillin, rifampin, teicoplanin, tigecycline, trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole, cefoxitin, ceftarolin, ciprofloxacin. CONCLUSIONS: contains combination two pronounced microorganisms. These most drugs used widespread practice, may be basis recommending drug together prescribed antibiotics prevention or dysbiosis.
