The penetration of technological advancements into higher education institutions is a multifaceted phenomenon influenced by diverse considerations. This paper breaks new ground conducting content-based bibliometric analysis technology integration within Philippine Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). Employing systematic five-step approach, the study meticulously navigates landscape, encompassing database identification, scope determination, article refinement, compilation, and analysis. A corpus 61 articles sourced from Google Scholar spanning period 2012 to 2022 constitutes focal point scrutiny. Delving thematic analysis, unveils rich tapestry insights encapsulated in five overarching themes: Technology, Industrial Revolution 4.0, 4.0; Digital Technology; Educational Philosophies New Normal Setting; Transformation Technology Academics; Education, Learners. findings underscore imperative aligning educational paradigms with imperatives offering blueprint for navigating normal education. This study aimed investigate factors influencing university students’ attitudes and usage of ChatGPT in Arab countries. The survey instrument “TAME-ChatGPT” was administered 2240 participants from Iraq, Kuwait, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan.
