The main objective was to assess the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on vitamin D supplementation habits and their changes in follow-up, 20 months after study Slovenian premenopausal postmenopausal women.A cross-sectional conducted between March May 2021. 176 healthy women aged 44 65 from Central region were included final analysis. Vitamin status determined by measuring 25(OH)D concentration. After an online follow-up questionnaire sent out, which 123 participants responded with complete data.Between 2021, 61% supplementing D. 55% supplementers 88% non-supplementers had insufficient levels (total <75 nmol/L). it found that 62% taking supplements, but only 70% those who initially reported supplements still doing so. Supplementation is effective for deficiency prevention individual level, however low compliance should not be strategy preventing population.Cilj je bil oceniti vpliv pandemije covida-19 na navade dodajanja vitamina med pandemijo po mesecih pri slovenskih premenopavznih pomenopavznih ženskah.Med marcem majem 2021 smo izvedli presečno epidemiološko študijo, ki zajela 319 žensk, starih let. V končno analizo ob upoštevanju izključitvenih dejavnikov vključili preiskovank. Status določili z meritvijo koncentracije 25(OH) Po udeleženkam poslan spletni vprašalnik za nadaljnje spremljanje. udeleženk odgovorilo s popolnimi podatki.Med 61 % preiskovank dodajalo Nezadostnost (skupni < 75 nmol/L) bila ugotovljena 55 so dodajale D, 88 niso jih 62 %, vendar le 70 od tistih, prvotno spremljanju povedalo, da začele ali povečale dodajanje zaradi covida-19.Dodajanje se v primerjavi obdobjem pred povečalo 7-krat ostalo visoki ravni. Precejšnje število prenehalo dodajanjem petina dodajala celo leto. Dodajanje učinkovita strategija preprečevanje pomanjkanja samo ravni posameznika, ni učinkovito preprečevanju populaciji.
