The influence of career decision-making self-efficacy on employability of higher vocational students: mediated by emotional intelligence

This study explored the relationship between career decision-making self-efficacy, employability, and emotional intelligence among senior vocational students in Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macau Bay Area. Should I Stay or Should I Go? Linking Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy to Intention to Stay in the Hospitality Industry Based on Internship Experience

Interpersonal Factors Affecting Adolescents’ Career Exploration in PAKISTAN

This study examined the effects of social support on career exploration university students in Pakistan. Nine hundred and seventy-three from Pakistan completed measures exploration. In the field of career development, decision-making self-efficacy plays an important role in adolescents' process, ability, exploration behaviour, performance goals, and identity. The main objective this review was to identify analyse instruments used by researchers measure high school students' CDSE.
