This study assessed parents' satisfaction with online education for learners special needs at the elementary level during school year 2020–2021. It employed mixed method of research in gathering data profile and status investigating issues encountered by parents implementation education. Simple percentage, weighted mean, standard deviation chi-square test independence were used to analyse data. The results showed that have no problem attending classes their utilising different technological applications also significant relationship between parents’ towards common issue COVID-19 pandemic was Internet connectivity. Thus, it is recommended enhanced interactive learning materials be adopted.

This study aimed to examine the advantages of online socializing and digital learning for growth interpersonal, peer collaborative skills.
