Breast cancer (BC) is the most prevalent form of malignancy among women on a global scale, ranking alongside lung cancer. Presently, conventional approaches to treatment include surgical procedures followed by chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Nonetheless, efficacy these treatments in battling BC often compromised due adverse effects they inflict healthy tissues and organs. In recent times, range nanoparticles (NPs) has emerged, exhibiting potential specifically target malignant cells while sparing normal organs from harm. This paved way for development nanoparticle-mediated targeted drug delivery systems, holding great promise as technique addressing BC. To increase this new method, several nanocarriers including inorganic NPs (such magnetic NPs, silica etc.) organic (e.g., dendrimers, liposomes, micelles, polymeric NPs) have been used. Herein, we discuss mechanism NP-targeted advancement therapeutic strategies anticancer We also future prospects challenges nanoparticle-based therapies

Genetic, developmental, biochemical, and environmental variables interact intricately to produce sex differences. The significance of differences in cancer susceptibility is being clarified by numerous studies. Epidemiological research registries have revealed over the past few years that there are definite variations incidence, progression, survival. However, oxidative stress mitochondrial dysfunction also a significant impact on response treatment neoplastic diseases. Young women may be more protected from than men because most proteins implicated regulation redox state function under control sexual hormones. In this review, we describe how hormones activity antioxidant enzymes mitochondria, as well they affect several molecular pathways underlie gender-related discrepancies been identified better understood, which lead effective precision medicine vital information options for both males females with illnesses.

Abstract Nanozyme‐mediated chemodynamic therapy has emerged as a promising strategy due to its tumor specificity and controlled catalytic activity. However, the poor efficacy caused by low hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O ) levels in microenvironment (TME) poses challenges. Herein, an H self‐supplying nanozyme is constructed through loading peroxide‐like active platinum nanoparticles (Pt NPs) on zinc (ZnO (denoted ZnO @Pt). releases response acidic TME. Pt NPs catalyze hydroxyl radical generation from while reducing mitigation of oxidative stress glutathione, serving reactive oxygen (ROS) amplifier self‐cascade catalysis. In addition, Zn 2+ released interferes with cell energy supply metabolism, enabling ion interference synergize therapy. vitro studies demonstrate that @Pt induces cellular injury enhanced ROS release, downregulating ATP NAD + levels. vivo assessment anticancer effects showed could generate at sites induce apoptosis downregulate pathways associated glycolysis, resulting 89.7% reduction growth. This study presents TME‐responsive capable self‐supply therapy, providing paradigm for tumor‐specific design.
