Pleosporales is the largest fungal order with a worldwide distribution in terrestrial and aquatic environments. During investigations of saprobic fungi associated mango (Mangifera indica) Baoshan Honghe, Yunnan, China, taxa belonging to pleosporales were collected. Morphological examinations phylogenetic analyses ITS, LSU, SSU, rpb2 tef1-α loci used identify taxa. A new genus, Mangifericomes; four species, namely Mangifericomes hongheensis, Neomassaria Paramonodictys yunnanensis; six host country records, Byssosphaeria siamensis, Crassiparies quadrisporus, Paradictyoarthrinium aquatica, Phaeoseptum mali, Torula fici, Vaginatispora amygdali, are introduced. Photoplates, full descriptions, trees show placement known provided.

In Huafo Mountain, Mouding, Yunnan Province, China, we found black protrusions on the leaf surface of Quercus plants. The collection which identified as Acrocalymmachuxiongense sp. nov., a new species Acrocalymmaceae (Pleosporales) is characterised by dome-shaped ascomata, bitunicate asci with pedicel furcate and an ocular chamber hyaline, obovoid to ellipsoid, 1-septate ascospores.Morphologically, this typical larger ascospores than other known in Acrocalymma. Phylogenetic analysis also showed that it represents distinct clade, distant any Therefore, introduce Acrocalymmachuxiongense, Acrocalymmaceae. This study adding current situation where there are very few lack teleomorph characteristics.
