A response surface methodology (RSM) and one-factor method were established to investigate the optimum conditions for extraction of lychee nuclear polysaccharides (LSP) by ultrasonic-assisted pectinase. The content basic components in was determined. antioxidant activity well determined compared differences activities extracted water (LSP-HW) those at ultrasound-assisted enzyme (LSP-UAE). polysaccharide increased with increase concentration. anti-hydroxyl radical anti-lipid peroxidation abilities more excellent, LSP-HW slightly better than LSP-UAE terms activity, but difference not significant. In solubility; without deproteinization best, followed LSP-UAE, worst after deproteinization. higher glycoprotein content, solubility its polysaccharide. Compared existing methods, this experiment greatly improved rate further enriched polysaccharides.

Abelmoschus manihot (L) is a traditional chinese herb and the present study focused on its comprehensive development utilization. Enzyme-assisted ultrasonic extraction (EUAE) was investigated for qualitative quantitative analysis of flavonoids from using combination ultra-performance liquid chromatography-photodiode array (UPLC-PDA), polysaccharides extracted residues compared with directly raw materials. The optimal yield 3.46±0.012 % (w/w) obtained when weight ratio cellulase to pectinase 1:1, enzyme concentration 3 %, pH 6.0, solvent mixture 70 ethanol (v/v) 0.1 mol/L NaH2PO4 buffer solution, power 500 W, time 40 min, temperature 50 °C. individual concentrations interested (rutin, neochlorogenic acid, nochlorogenic lsoquercitrin, quercitrin, gossypin, quercetin) were effectively increased EUAE, (UE) method. Polysaccharides each residue, respectively, in residue EUAE higher than that UE, closed direct above results shown experimental process had potential be environmentall, friendly, straightforward efficient.

By comparing microstructures, it can be seen that ultrasonication exerted great damage on promote outflow PKFs. Various analyses revealed extracted with acidic relatively lower molecular weights 0.92 - 76.9 kDa, negatively charged -16.3 mV, arabinose dominant monosaccharide followed by galactose. These conferred pronounced antioxidant, moistureabsorptionandretentionproperties, showing application.
