Post-burn hypertrophic scars often exhibit abnormal pigmentation. Exosomes play important roles in maintaining normal physiological homeostasis and the pathological development of diseases. This study investigated effects exosomes derived from scar fibroblasts (HTSFs) on melanocytes, which are pigment-producing cells. Normal (NFs) HTSFs were isolated cultured skin (HTS) tissue. Both NF- HTSF-exosomes a cell culture medium purified using column-based technique. The human epidermal melanocytes treated with both at concentration 100 μg/mL different times. proliferation, melanin content medium, apoptotic factors, transcription synthesis enzymes, signaling, signal transduction pathways, activators factors (STAT) 1, 3, 5, 6 investigated. Compared Dulbecco's phosphate-buffered saline (DPBS)-treated controls NF-exosomes, decreased melanocyte proliferation secretion. molecular patterns apoptosis, synthesis, Smad non-Smad STATs altered by treatment HTSF-exosomes.
