Abstract
Objectives
Acute
myeloid
leukemia
(AML)
is
a
severe
blood
cancer
with
less
than
50
%
long-term
survival.
Despite
advancements
in
treatment
options,
relapse
still

obstacle.

problem

targeting
leukemic
stem
cells
(LSCs),
which

an

relapse.

our
previous
studies,

LSCs
without
