Colleges

universities

health
issue

sleep
quality.
Sleep
quality
must
be
taken
seriously
to
maintain
students'
emotional
physical
well-being.
Thus,

study
sought
determine
how
university
levels
activity
related
their
sleep,
as
well

mechanisms

which

883
students
from
Ganzhou

China
participated

were
