The digital transformation of general secondary education is a necessity for survival and competitiveness, which imposes its requirements on teachers, including the development levels competencies, key to comprehensive sustainable education.Therefore, this research aimed enhance level competencies teachers in Damietta Governorate.The descriptive approach applied, using questionnaire as one tools.It applied random sample (490) results showed, an explorer various fields: "cognitive, technical, educational, professional, digital, health environmental safety" among members.In addition, there are statistically significant differences between estimates members attributed variables age, educational function, teaching experience, experience technologies education, challenges academic qualification except cognitive specialization educational.The proposed suggested proposal Governorate light education.

Telecommuting in education field, enforced by Romanian Government measures as policy responses to COVID-19 pandemic, has had a tremendous effect both on teaching professionals and students. This paper investigates the first group, namely teachers their perception of online versus students’ academic performance during distance learning, with particular focus negative factors impacting educational activities: objective ones, such limits technology, personal subjective phenomenon affect. 21st century has seen the emergence of digital skills as a crucial ability with profound effects on employment, education, and social relationships, among other facets life. The best talents to teach are subject study by those who establish educational policies. goal this is examine relationship between information communication technology competency (ICTC) abilities. It focuses which sub-dimensions greater impact ICTC how varies country, age, gender. This employed quantitative research design evaluate association various skills. sample group consisted 620 university students from Russia Kazakhstan. Digital were measured using scale adapted for Russian context, while was first context following language validity steps. also conducted path analysis determine skill dimensions multigroup assess according different independent variables. found that certain skills, specifically “use tools”, “communication content”, “creation significantly influence ICTC. However, “management “digital security”, empathy” did not show significant effect. these varied across demographic groups, suggesting development may differ groups. findings highlight need tailored strategies develop promote ICTC, considering differences.

Стаття висвітлює сучасний стан використання цифрових засобів для організації дистанційного навчання учнів у закладах загальної середньої освіти в Україні на основі онлайн-опитування педагогічних працівників, проведеного період з 25 січня по лютого 2022 року Інститутом цифровізації НАПН України. Третій рік поспіль українська система освіти, як і освітні системи інших країн, опинилась перед викликами, пов’язаними необхідністю інтенсивно провадити дистанційне огляду карантинні заходи умовах пандемії COVID-19. В опитуванні р. взяли участь 54 254 особи різних категорій освітян, зокрема: вчителі та керівники закладів (ЗЗСО), методисти післядипломної педагогічної практичні психологи освіти. Основні питання анкети, що становили три блоки, стосувались (1) практиці, (2) стану готовності до підготовки проведення освітніх заходів вчителями ЗЗСО, а також (3) визначення їхніх потреб можливостей ресурсів, електронних навчання, користуються найбільшим попитом. Новизна опитування базується виокремленні використанні під час цифрової компетентності вчителя, узгоджених міжнародними рамками громадян, зокрема Рамкою DigComp 2.0 2.1 (The Digital Competence Framework for Citizens), розробленою європейською спільнотою. Наведено узагальнені дані результатів самооцінювання педагогічними працівниками їх компетентності. Здійснено порівняння онлайн-опитувань учителів 2020, 2021 роках виокремлено динаміку навчання. Надано висновки, сприятимуть практичному використанню органами управління освітою, закладами установами підвищення кваліфікації вчителів, науковими іншими зацікавленими сторонами при необхідних заходів, реалізація яких сприятиме успішному ІКТ здійсненню Україні.

This research aims to measure the level of integration ICT in teaching, learning, and assessment practices during COVID-19 pandemic. We propose measuring teachers’ attitude, self-efficacy, skills using technology because quality education pandemic was influenced by these factors. An online questionnaire distributed amongst 189 teachers from all levels education, kindergarten high school, sample described means, distribution, number years experience education. The statistical analyses employed for quantitative data included correlational study mediation analysis. found a correlation between gender, environment, barrier skills. Also, attitude mediates association educational process. results reveal positive scores terms teaching practices, novelty this is that first time based on skills, classroom has been applied northern Moldavian region Romania, underline implications in-service teacher training.

In May 2023, the World Health Organization declared that COVID-19 was no longer a public health emergency of international concern. However, this declaration does not remove severe negative impacts had on education sector. This paper sets an objective to determine impact and responses thereto in school operations two municipalities Limpopo Province South Africa. Following mixed methods research design, data were generated through educator/teacher survey (n = 226), complemented by key informant interviews 14) analysed ATLAS.ti. Key findings reveal severity teaching learning, feeding schemes, transport, sporting activities, which resulted pushback progress towards attainment quality as per Sustainable Development Goal 4. All 39 schools sampled did migrate remote learning were, at some point, completely shut down during hard lockdowns. The only innovation from National Government introduce Hot Sitting/Platooning, Rotational Block Learning. Although face-to-face classes continued thereafter, there limited low exit pass rates, increased absenteeism, dropouts. There also other challenges, including growth number orphaned learners, vandalism, traumatised staff workload due catch-up classes. recommends revisit schooling system post-COVID-19 assess magnified gaps, digital divide between private schools, general internet connectivity. School disaster risk reduction management plans are further recommended medium long-term resilience adaptation measures.

The purpose of the study is to identify level well-being students and their basic psychological needs, with return onsite teaching system in university, after COVID-19 pandemic. We also want analyse association relationship between students’ needs. was attended by a number 112 at Pedagogy primary preschool education enrolled second year, forms full-time part-time education. working tools were taken from previous studies carried out on Romanian population evaluate structure self-perceived state physical health well-being. results obtained show existence above average level. At same time, highest average, high level, subscale students' need for affiliation, teaching-learning activities. conclusions correlational support studies, regarding role needs maintaining well-being, but emphasize that online learning activities, affiliation competence (not autonomy) associated moderate effect size.

This study aims to analyse the evolutionary context of introduction technology in Portuguese schools, from beginning 20th century present day, and identify digital competences teachers at different educational levels. The analysis, qualitative quantitative nature, allowed us conclude that technologies had a slow diffusion because scarcity resources residual investment teacher training, giving use school more irregular playful character rather than truly integrated pedagogical practices promote quality learning.
