In this paper, we developed a psychological model of digital competence including four components (knowledge, skills, motivation and responsibility) and four spheres (work with online content, communication, technical activity and consumption). The Digital Competence Index (DCI) is a 52-item instrument assessing an index and an entire profile of digital competence. In the Russian population study (1203 adolescents 12-17 years old and 1209 parents), acceptable reliability (.72-.90 for all of the scales, except motivation) of DCI was demonstrated. RESUMO: O presente artigo trata de uma revisão sistemática acerca do conceito Competências Digitais (CD) na Educação. Para isso, utilizaram-se três bases dados: Banco Teses e Dissertações da Capes, Portal Periódicos Capes Google Acadêmico com as palavras-chave Digitais, Competência Digital Competence. Utilizaram-se publicações feitas entre 1997 2017, exclusão textos coincidentes seleção interesse. No total, foram levantadas 487 tendo sido analisadas 40. Constatou-se a importância em compreender o CD, já que complexidade tecnológica fez emergir diferentes necessidades. Assim, foi preciso traçar um histórico termos se relacionam, como Letramento Computacional, Informacional, Mídias Digital. Verificou-se maioria dos autores competências digitais conjunto elementos, saber - conhecimentos, habilidades atitudes (CHA), necessários para sujeito atue por meio das tecnologias.

Различия между поколениями в использовании цифровых технологий приобретают особое значение свете старения населения, увеличения продолжительности жизни и поиска путей включенности старшего поколения активную социальную жизнь. Фокус исследования сосредоточен на Интернета России. Цель ‒ выявить различия доступе представителями разных поколений. Исследование проводилось основе выделения трех уровней цифрового разрыва: первый уровень доступ к Интернету, второй использование Интернета, третий выгоды от использования Интернета. В работе использованы данные Российского мониторинга экономического положения здоровья населения НИУ ВШЭ. Основными методами являются сравнительный анализ, анализ динамики показателей, метод расстояния во времени. Результаты позволили: (1) специфические черты владении гаджетами, имеющими выход Интернет, среди поколений; (2) проследить динамику межпоколенческого разрыва первого второго уровня протяжении 2012–2019 годов; (3) оценить межпоколенческие разрывы с использованием метода позволяют констатировать существование различий как точки зрения владения цифровыми так целей Наличие молчаливым поколением более молодыми позволяет сделать вывод о необходимости учета особенностей интернет-услуг интернет-сервисов старших поколений, оказания им помощи по инклюзии цифровую среду.
